Fishing for Compliments

On Friday, Paulie, Mom, and I headed to the east side of Cleveland at 7:30 a.m. for a robust day of shopping! After time spent (and dollars, too) at Nordstrom, Crate & Barrel, Ecco, J. Jill, Restoration Hardware, and haircuts at Marino Salon, we headed back to Sandusky in time for dinner at 7! Actually, Paulette didn't shop much, having dropped several thousand dollars in the past few weeks due to Prince eating various objects requiring surgery to remove.....

Bob was already on the links at 7am, and went on to win a golf scramble. He headed from there to an afternoon of fly fishing at Sunnybrook Trout Club.

Ron spent the day at work at Stein Hospice, but, he did manage to get in a workout at the Y before our 7pm rendezvous.

Some of you may have missed that Friday, August 1st,  was International Troll Bead Day! We celebrated, toasting the company (see photo above) and admired our personal selections while waiting for dinner. What a fun day!
