2026-Winter in Sandusky

Snow! Growing up in Erie, Pa. I was used to "lake effect" snow storms that often resulted in accumulations of 10 inches or more-and I loved it! Sandusky, however, rarely gets more than one or two inches. Last winter we didn't even get to use our snowblower! And so far this year, except for some stronger than usual wind, we are again getting one or two inches per storm.

Oliver, tiny as he is, wades through the snow that covers his belly and dashes around before discovering that his tiny feet cannot withstand the cold at all. Well, he is from Temecula, Ca by way of Las Vegas, so, I guess that explains that. So, today, Ron got the snowblower going for the two inches of snow so that Ollie would have an easier time of it.
